I am not here to go on crazy diets and starve myself. And I am not here, wishing for that thigh gap and whatever else people think makes them look “skinny”. It is 100% possible to lose weight in a healthy way, and continue new habits to maintain that weight.
I just want to transform into a happier, healthier, fitter person. I love food too much to starve myself anyways. So I won’t really be basing this process on weight.. but rather, appearance and jean size. Currently a size 9- I want to get to at least a 7, and maybe, hopefully, (this could be pushing it) a size 5. I JUST WANT TO LOOK AND FEEL SEXIER.
I’ve never had too much of a problem with my weight, but as of late I’ve been rather unhealthy, and I can feel/see those freshman pounds creeping up on me.
