I like all of these…. BUT don’t reward yourself with food! Reward yourself with a good book, a new dress, a trip to the beach, a massage, a facial… things that make you feel good and.or better you, but aren’t in the form of FOOD!! <3
Nothing wrong with rewarding yourself with food, in my opinion. Plus it says HEALTHY food. But if after 2 weeks of nonstop clean eating I want that slice of chocolate cake, then damnnit I’m gonna eat it.
